Frontpage 2003 Template

I have never used frontpage before. Recently I got a template.dwt file
that I am to implement on a new website. I am going to use Frontpage
2003 to accomplish this. I have been able to edit the template file,
my questions are:

1. How do I make template.dwt the default template for my site, so
everytime I create a new page, it applies this template?

2. How do I add the template to an already existing page?

3. How do I add template.dwt to My Templates tab under more templates?

When you create a new page, you attach the template
(Format->Dynamic Web Template->Attach Dynamic Web Template).
There is no default dynamic web template in FrontPage.

2. How do I add the template to an already existing page?

As above.

3. How do I add template.dwt to My Templates tab under more
templates?

You don't. The DWT is a dynamic web template, My Templates contains
custom "static" templates, which are a different, though related,
concept.
