Creating a Disclaimer

How do I create a template that is on every email on the bottom? eg: I want
my name, my company name, address, phone, email and "please think of
environment before printing my email 'logo'"

You don't mention what type of account you are working with, so I'll opt to
give a simple of answer of using a signature. (See Tools > Options > Mail
Format > Signatures.)
