How do I set Outlook 2007 to automatically insert a footer in emails? I want
to insert a confidentiallity disclaimer.

Are you using Exchange server? If not, just use Outlook's signature. If you
are using exchange there are a number of utilities the admin can use to add
or manage disclaimers.

Court cases have shown that disclaimers on e-mail aren't worth the paper
they're printed on.
