Creating a custom paper size 10" x 7"

Hello,
I need to create a document/template that is 10" wide by 7" high. When I go
in to Page Setup, and choosing Custom Size and enter in those dimensions is
defaults to B5 with dimensions of 10.12" x 7.17". My document (card) does
not print correctly at this default size. How can I get it to stay at 10" x
7"?

You probably can't. Leave it at B5 and adjust the margins accordingly.
