create Service Dependency

Hi

I have the Check Point Secure Client installed on my devices (WinXP).
I want to make the service dependent on the TCP Stack, so that TCP Stack is
loaded before Secure Client.

Does anyone know, how to make a service dependent on another?
In the Services MMC I can only see the dependencys, but I am not able to
change or create something!

At the cmdline, try "sc.exe config /?" for config options.
