Security Center will not load

When I go to my security center in the control panel - it says "The security
center is currently unavailable ......."

I tried the microsoft fix where I enter go to "run" and then type
"services.msc" and then click on security center and click start - that
causes another error to read "could not start the security center service on
local computer - Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start"

I then go to the "dependencies" tab and click it - I then get the loud error
that says - "Win32: The dependency service or group failed to start"

I found on another computer that the dependencies for the security center
are the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) and the Window Management Instrumentation
- I went to those in the services.msc and they too errored when I tried to
start them or view their dependencies

Any suggestions???

Hi..I seem to have the same symtoms on my pc. Wanted to let you know , to
check for responses at "hostal takeover" (my post) at Help and Support. I
