how to create one or more networking conection in my computer?

It would like to more than create a connection in mine notebook. I
have one notebook and want to create one conexao for each branch
office or headquarters that I will be working at the moment, to
facilitate the connection

When you say connection, do you mean multiple domains you want log into? If
so, there is nothing built-in that will do this for you - and do not need
to. Log into Domain A all the time, and connect to resources on Domain B
when you're connected to it by providing the Domain B login name/password.
