dissable network password

cannot conect to other computers on the network. When i
try it asks for a password. How do i dissable this.
Simple Ip network running through a switch.

In order to use resources on another computer you must log onto the guest
computer with a username and password that's known to the host computer.
For example, if you log onto your computer with the name "bob" and a
password of "hi", then you must also have a user "bob" with a password of
"hi" on the computer you want to connect to via the network.
