create multiple page survey

Hi,
I am trying to design a survey site that could contains between 100-200
questions. Ideally the questions be put into multiple pages. Each page
contains multiple questions. At the end of each page. it has NEXT and PREV
buttons. The last page should contain the SUBMIT button. Is this something
that can be accomplished using Frontpage and How?

FP doesn't support multi-page forms, but you could find a script that does
on the web
www.hotscripts.com is a start, but do a Google for more.
