create from file

when i whant to insert a word object in ppt 2003 and i create from file and
browse for a *.doc file it dont work why??? its only *.doc that dont work.

"Don't work" means a lot of things to a lot of people. We can't see what's
happening on your end, so if the link TAJ gave you doesn't help, then you'll
have to explain what exactly does happen when you try to insert a *.doc
file.
