Create a template

I am trying to create a template/questionnaire for client's to fill out
online and send back to me. How do I create a template so that whoever I send
it to cannot type over the text we have on the form? We need to keep it as a
Word doc so they can add text in the provided areas.

Oh okay, thank you for clarifying that. I will go ahead and read the link you
supplied.

Just out of curiosity - could this be converted as a pdf for clients to fill
out? Like with Adobe Reader 8?

Thanks again JoAnn!

If you have Acrobat Pro v8, yes. I have it and I don't need to make anything
a "form". I just add the text boxes there. I will warn you tho that unless
your end users have some computer experience, you will have a handful of
hassles. My people are driving me nuts (and it's a real short trip!).

I'll just have our support staff stick with creating forms in Word.
Thanks again, I'll keep that in mind.
