Create a new excel workbook from access

I need VBA code for -
To open a new excel workbook from access and then insert data or create
a pivot in excel sheet.
I want to pass the name of the file so that its created in excel as
..xls file and the pivot is created in that.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help
