Create a list of all the changes make to one document

How I can create a list of all the documents changes made by all the reviews
and that the list include the section in which the change was made?
Post data: not to print the list I want to save the list.
 
After a fashion, the Reviewing pane gives you that. But, you would need to
annotate the Reviewing pane's contents in order to provide section
information... assuming this is what you're asking for.
 
I think I don't explain good..
I need a new document with a list of all changes made to one document (
tracked change on)
I already use one macro that give me that list but also I need the section
number in which each change was done ( for example section: 3.2.4 )
