Create a bootable CD

I am a XP Home user with a legit, up-to-date, and working copy of XP, but no
CDs. I have a friend with a non operable XP Home PC (the OS is fried,
possibly by a virus). He also can't find his CDs, but does have his XP
Product key on the back of his machine. Is there an easy way for me to
create a bootable XP Home CD from my machine that we can use to revive his
machine?
