Hi, I've been detecting this virus with PCCilin anitvirus, but when I go and
try to scan the computer and try to find the virus, it wont find it. This is
the name of the file CRCK_PCCCRACK.A infected, I tried, Pccilin, Spybot,
spyware blaster, Microsoft antispyware, and Adware by lavasoft. Is there
anything I can do to stop from encountering this message from PCCilin about
the infected file? I even used the restore point...when back 2 months and
still nothing changes.

Turn off your antivirus If and when you run another antivirus utility, and any malware detector.

Here's one free virus-cleanup tool to use, even though it will involve time and effort.

Sounds to me like you are using a keygen cracked version of PC-Cillin. If
you click on "System" then on the tab "Spyware". Then untick "Password
Cracking Applications" ... Apply, rescan and I will guarentee it will not
find it!!
