Crashing

My computer keeps crashing. At times when it comes back
up it states that a device driver was the problem. I
bought a new motherboard and CPU to gurantee that it
wasn't hardware.

Has anyone had similar experiences that they've resolved.
Windows can't pin point which device driver it is.

First there is a lot more hardware than just the motherboard and CPU.

You should make sure that your sound card and video drivers are up to date
and using XP certified drivers. Test DX9/8 to see if there are any issues.

If they don't fix the problem then start looking at the drivers for your
other hardware and also check device manager to see if any conflicts exist.
