THIS IS THE MESSAGE I KEEP GETTING AND THAN IT
TELLS ME I HAVE 30 SEC. TO SAVE MY WORK BEFOR IT SHUTS
DOWN CAN ANYONE HELP ME E-MAIL ME (e-mail address removed)

svchost.exe is ONLY the host file for another process. Is your system
all cleaned of spyware/viruses/trojans?
