Problems

Jackie

Hello,

I have two problems and Gateway can't seem to help me.
The problems are as follows:

1. Can't start the scheduling task
Error Message Text: "0x8009000F = Object Already Exists"

2. Can't get Gateway to connect to my machine. Error
Message Text: "C:/WindowSystem32ms java.dll is not
loaded."

I need problem two to be fixed in order to get problem
one solved because someone has to take control over my
machine to see why the Task Scheduler won't work.

Before the first error can be fixed the second HAS to be
fixed because someone has to be able to take control over
my machine in order to be able to find out why I can't
get the Task Scheduler going. The problem has been going
on for about a month now and I don't want to us System
Restore. I tried System Restore and my Task Scheduler
still gave me the same error message

These are all the fixes Gateway had me to do and they
didn't work:

Hi, Jackie.

When System Restore fails to help, then I think it is time for a Repair
Intallation.

As soon as you boot enter Setup. (It will be shown at the bottom of your
screen - usually either hit F1 or Delete). In Setup set the boot sequence to
boot from the CD-ROM. (Quite easy) Insert the Windows XP CD and boot.

Select Repair Installation. You will not lose any data and hopefully, all
should be okay.

Good luck,

Ed
