Crashes

I Run Graphics programs I had to go to Windows xp for Corel 12. Now I receive JPegs, Tiff, eps. etc. as an attachment in my e-mail.I save them to a file, Open up a graphics program Import the file. It show up on the monitor, go to print it and It prints only half of what i see on the monitor. Or The system crashes as I go to save the file in the graphics fromat

I am very frustrated can you help!

Perhaps clearing your temp files folders would help.
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Windows\Documents and Settings\your user name\Local Settings\Temp
