Ever heard of something called a sentence ? Your opening paragraph
is one of the worst run-on sentences I've ever tried to read.

For game issues check for a program update and use the game's web
site. It's likely they provide a forum for users to discuss issues.

You didn't post your IBM specs, but the exception event points to a
USB subsystem driver. You likely need to update your Chipset driver
along with your video card/chipset driver.

I think the best solution is for mommy and daddy to ban you from using
them.

No use helping him, I carried him through a driver install last week that I
don't think helped him. Then yesterday he couldn't activate because he was
using the same PK for multiple installs. "Some people you jest cain't reach!"

NORTON, crash guard?

I would avoid all Norton products, they are just garbage.
I would offer this, if you installed and updated correctly, things usually
go just fine.
if you tend to rush thru things, you will have problems.
Learn to use event viewer, see if errors were posted or anything else.

Try the following test.

http://www.mersenne.org/freesoft/

Windows Vista/XP/2003/2000/NT/Me/98/95:
Download p95v259.zip, version 25.9, last updated March 15, 2009.

http://mersenneforum.org/gimps/p95v259.zip (the file to download...)

1) Unzip it.
2) Run the "prime95.exe" file.
3) Click the "Just Stress Testing" button.
4) Use the default setup. Click "OK".
The testing will begin.
5) A test thread stops immediately, if there is an error. The green
color changes to red. No errors are allowed. If an error occurs,
it could be RAM related. Bad RAM can cause blue screen errors.
6) If all threads run successfully for 4 hours, you can select stop
and exit from the "Test" menu. It means you've passed a basic
stress test, that tests the RAM and processor of your new computer.

If you fail that test, and the computer is under warranty, consider
having them change the memory. There are also memory test programs,
such as memtest86+ (memtest.org), but tools like that aren't quite
as good as the Prime95 stress test. Memtest86+ can help you narrow
down which memory stick is bad.

Before touching the memory inside the computer, turn off the power at
the back of the computer. I like to unplug the computer, as a way of
reminding myself that the power is off, for sure. Otherwise, the
RAM can be damaged by power that is still present in the RAM
slot.

HTH,
Paul

Trust me, you don't want that trash on any of your computers. It'll
just cause more problems.

Once a useful utility suite, back in the days of MS-DOS, when Peter
Norton was more than a picture on the box, Norton Utilities have been
becoming increasingly useless and redundant over the years. There's
little offered by NU that WinXP cannot already do natively. And some of
Systemworks's features, like CrashGuard and CleanSweep (if they're still
included) cause far more problems then they prevent.
