In task manager,cpu usage is constantly remaining @100%
enen though no programs are running, and even after
shutdown and restart. Computer is sluggish at best
(duh).Unfortunately yesterday I cleaned up some files
(which I thought were trash), and ran a defragment.Also
when I call up msconfig, it only stays up for about 5
secs., then the window closes. I am a novice, and could
some help or suggestions. Thanks,
