CPU Utilization by a System Idle Process

Hello.

I have a problem (or is it normal, you say) with a process
called System Idle Process. It's weird that the Task
Manager shows that it utilizes my CPU at around 90-100%
since couple of days. At the same time my overall CPU Usage
remains stable , not taking in mind the System Idle Process
usage.
I have already checked for malware/spyware. My Internet
speed remains stable and unchanged. I've disabled Internet
Explorer... So do you have any idea what is happening?

Completely normal, that is an indication that the CPU is just waiting
for someone to give it something to do with it's "Idle Time"
