CPU Utilization 100%

I have a couple servers running Win2k Adv Svr with the latest updates and
SP4. I boot the servers and they run fine for a few days, then I notice
performance issues. Going into TM I notice that Services.exe and SNMP.exe
are running high usage (30-70%)and my CPU is at 100%. Rebooting solves the
problem fine, but only for a few days. Only happening on a few of my Dell
servers, not all. Any ideas? Thanks!
