cpu utilization 100%

hi,

my cpu is showing 100% utilization still i am running nothing, when i only
click right click on the desktop, the cpu shows 100% utilization.
plz help me.

Open Taskmanager look in Processes and determine what is running the cpu
at 100%
 
task manager is also showing nothing, i.e its showing
system idle process 99%
 
There is nothing wrong with the system. System Idle Process at 99%
indicates that you have 99% CPU time available to run Programs.
