CPU USAGE

I FORGOT HOW TO REACH THE WINDOW THAT GIVES YOU A
CONSTANT READOUT OF THE % THAT YOUR CPU IS OPERATING AT.
ALSO, IS THERE A WAY TO MANUALY REARANGE ITEMS IN A LIST
IN A FOLDER UNDER VIEW, LIST. I WAS ABLE TO DO THIS IN
WINDOWS 98.
 
Hi - task manager does this. Right click on your taskbar, choose task
manager.
If you're talking about your programs menu, right click on the highest-level
folder you wish, choose "sort by name".
Also, please don't type in all caps -it's hard to read and means you're
"shouting" in here. :-)
