CPU Usage

Dear Newsgroup;

My CPU usage is running at 100% but I don't know why? I
closed and deleted most of my applications. I also deleted
all running items on my desktop. Should I delete or end the
processes as well in Task Manager? I need some good
suggestions?

FYI - I have a 80gig hard drive with 568 of RAM. I have
40gigs left on my hard drive so there should be space.

In your Task Manger Processes, is there any items that is running at 100%.
If so, end it and see if it is better.
Than go to Start > Run > Type in "msconfig" and Enter
Go to Services or Startup Tabs
Look for the services or startup items that is causing the problem and
disable it
Apply and close, restart. Try again.
