CPU Usage

My CPU Usage is constantly 100% and the system is
rediculously slow. I don't think i've done anything
recently to cause this. Could anyone suggest why this may
have happened and how i can solve it? Thanks a lot.

Hit ctrl-alt-delete, go to the processes tab and look for processes that
might be stuck or constantly jumping to 100%. NOTE: It is normal for System
Idle Process to be in the 90% range.

Be sure your antivirus software is up to date and run a virus scan on your
system.
