CPU stuck on motherboard

Setting up a new Fujitsu Primergy TX200 and the CPU seems to be stuck
on the motherboard. Moving the lever at the side just doesnt do a
thing any ideas

could try using a small small screw drive to gently slip under the cpu,
watching not to cause any serious damage, wedge it out, alternatively , hold
your mb upside down
over a soft anti-static surface, IE bed with anti static bag on it, it
should just easilly slip out
