Can I get some machine specifics. CPU Speed, Ram, Graphics card and version.
SOund card and version? You can do this using Press Start > Select Run .
Type in dxdiag. After a few minutes it will provide you a list of what is on
your system. Also what version of direct X are you running? Just look for
anything hardware related and add it to the email.
