I am having a problem with cpu usage, my cpu shows 100% usage without even
using it.......Can any provide me a solution.

What tool are you using to determine this? If using task manager, go to the
"processes" page. The data in each column can be sorted by clicking on the
column header. Click "CPU" - if sorting shows lowest to highest, click once
more to sort highest to lowest. What item(s) are taking the most CPU
cycles?

NOTE: System Idle Process is a place holder. It's value represents the
portion that is *not in use.*

So, are you free of viruses and spyware?!?!
Scan all drives and all files with a Anti-Virus program, there's a lot of
freeware!

After that, check your PC for spyware infection!
