CPU Heatsinks and fans

I have a question for you system builders out there. I have heard that the
stock fan and heatsink on Intel cpu's is not very good. Can anyone recommend
a good heatsink and fan setup for a Core2Quad Q6600 on a Asus P5E3 Deluxe
mother board? I would like something as close to the orginal as possible.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
