| I got this process 97% of the CPU time and my system hang.

I don't know why it used up such high CPU usage last night when I turned on
my PC.
I didn't able to do anything like opening browser, Window Explorer...
What I did was reboot to safe mode, run Ad-Ware to remove the recently used
list, rebooot to normal mode and it worked.
But not sure tonight when I back home.
Somethimes a popup box said True Vector Internet Monitor is shut down, and
if I need to restart it. Any idea why that was so ?
