Couldn't access to data partition after reinstall Windows XP

Hi,
My computer had 40G hard drive, I created into 4
partitions. Drive "C" had Dos. Drive "D" Win2k Pro.
Drive "E" WinXP. Drive "F" Data (NTFS partition winXP).
When Windows XP crashed (missing & corrupting system
files) I reinstalled both win2k pro & WinXP on their own
partitions. I did reformat drive "D" & "E" before I
installed Win2k pro to "D" drive and WinXP to "E". Since
both of OS were not working. But I didn't touch the "F"
drive which I had most of data.
After I installed WinXP, I couldn't get in "F" drive
(partition). Error message: F:\is not accessible.
The wrong diskette is in the drive.
Insert(Volume Serial Number:) into drive F:\

If anyone has the same problem or Know how a way to
access to this drive? Please help!

Much appreciate and Thank You....

You will probably need to 'take Ownership' of F:. R-click it in My
computer, Properties - Security, click Advanced, and on the Owner page
select your account and Apply. (check the 'Replace. . . subobjects'
box)

The Properties of the "F" drive has 3 tabs: Gerneral,
Tools, Hardware. No Security or Advandced buttons.
under Gerneral Tab, Type: Local disk File system: RAW
used space, Free space and Capacity: 0 Bytes.

Jack.
