Could I use Navigate method in IE7?

Hi.

In case of IE6, I could use Navigate method.
Now I'm working in IE7.
In IE7, Navigate method has next message:

Windows Internet Explorer
---------------------------
Cannot find 'http://www.yahoo.com/'. Make sure the path or Internet
address is correct.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I tried to send to YAHOO.
In case of IE6, it's possible. But in case of IE7, it's not possible.

Do you know some solutions for it?
