Corrupted "Program To Launch" list

When I plug in my digital camera, the Program To Launch list has my
camera software listed three times. In addition, none of those listed
work.

Anyone know how to delete programs from and add programs to this list?

Tweak UI will show me that the program is listed but doesn't give me
the control I think I need.
