Corrupt default profile

Server machine where we've found that the default
profile is "corrupted"...........


Is there any possible way of recreating the default profile.....


I know that I can sign in and copy a working profile for that machine
and using the User Profile copy tool but the problem is I don't have
any clean working profiles on this machine to copy from........
