Copying Highlighted text

[Testing testing one two]

I have highlighted some text in an ebook to copy it and when I right click
no menu appears, I've tried Ctrl C, nothing.
Is there another way to copy it and get past this protection, or maybe a
program that would help.
The ebook is a executable one not a pdf one.

By trying to copy text from an e-book you may be breaking the copyright on it. Try contacting the author to see if he/she can help.

Right clicking and the such have probably be disabled. I don't think there's anything you can really do except 'print screen' and paste into paint. Or print .... or retype.

Each application can decide to support or not support a context menu
(i.e., right-click menu). They can also decide what to present in that
context menu. Apparently the e-book content or your e-book viewer
prohibits the copying of any material. You'll need to contact the
e-book author or the e-book viewer developer to ask them how to copy
copyrighted material which they currently prohibit.
