copying files from cd

I am trying to copy files that i have saved in my laptop to my cd, but it
will not allow me to do it. this message keeps coming up, Problem Copying
"Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file. What do you
want windows to do?"
it give me the option to retry or cance. everytime i click retry it does not
work, it pop up again and again. what do i do? your help is welcomed.

ISO Buster or CD Roller can get the job done under more difficult and
inaccessible recordings, so recovering your files from the CD should be a
breeze with either of these two applications. ISO Buster seems better,
faster and easier to use.

I thank you for your comment, but when i was reading the license agreement,
it stated that they will not be held responsible for any damage done to my
computer. I am not really sure of this download, so if you can give me your
input on it as reliablity and any possible chances of damaging my computer.

That's just legal mumbo-jumbo! Probably to protect themselves just in case a
user tries to blame them for apparent damage caused by a defective CD
drive.. and actually, when a problem like yours arises, it's more likely to
be caused by the CD Recorder, a mistake you made when recording, or
by a defective CD Reader... Such problems can be caused if you record
in multisession recording with different programs or if you don't leave
sufficient disk space to close it on the last recording session.

I have used both these programs several times on different computers and
have never had a problem with them. You could try to recover your files on
another computer (just in case your computer has a problem), but if the same
problem prevents you from extracting your files from the CD, you will have
to use any of these programs cause it will be your last option.
