Copying contacts?

Copying Contacts in Outlook is easy by right clicking & dragging sideways
then clicking COPY but in my case because I am using Business Contact
Manager - it says:-
"Cannot copy the items. The folders you are trying to change do not
support this operation. Could not complete the operation because the
service provider does not support it"

Any idea if this should be possible?

It should be.

The workaround is to copy the item to Outlook Contacts and then move
it to BCM Business Contacts.

Is it a known problem then? It's not just me or something wrong at my end.
