Is it possible to set the BCC to always send to the same address, without
having to enter it into each new message?
Also, can I set up the incoming mail so that my manager will get a copy
of all new incoming messages on his computer as well as mine?

I think you'd have to set up a template/for that. Do you really BCC every
message you send?

What kind of mail server do you use? If you have an in-house mail server
like Exchange, it can handle this. Otherwise, you have to set up a rule, and
all the messages will appear to come from you, not the original sender
unless you have Outlook 2003 and use 'redirect....' in your rule. I don't
think redirect is an option in earlier versions of Outlook, and I've never
tried it even in 2003. It's really a lot easier to handle this on the server
end in my view, but I don't know what your setup is.
