Copying a file with pictures

When I prepare a document with only text I can copy to a CD-RW. If I insert
pictures in the document and try to copy to a CD-Rw I get a message that the
file is read only
 
Try asking in a forum about Word or Windows or whatever program it is you are using - this one is for questions about MS Access, the database product.
