I have a problem accessing one of my accounts and the technical people of
that com. blamed my Java (Sun). I carried out all their instructions on
changing that to msjavx86, which I did but that did not improve matters.

Now they want to see the pictures I am getting trying to access my account.
I made them in JEPG, but they say they cannot read them and they want me
to:- "Could you copy and paste them into a word document and attach that to
the email please?"

I have these Pictures in My Documents and I cannot see a way of transferring
them into a Word Document.

Is there a way of doing that? Please be specific in your instructions. Thank
you.

One way to do this is to bring up the message or window you wish to capture,
then press either alt+printscreen or control+printscreen. One takes the
entire screen, the other the topmost window or dialog.

Then, simply open Wordpad or Word, place the cursor, and press control+C or
Edit, Paste. Works great, and doesn't require you to save an image then
insert it.

In word I think across the top it says insert. Click this to get more
options. One is insert pictures.
