I'm not quite sure what you mean by "urged my 98 PC". Do you mean you
want to install True Image on your Win98 machine? If so, the answer is
"no". You can't install a program by copying its program folder/files
onto another machine. You will need the full installer, either from a
cd or from an installer downloaded from the Internet. I'm not familiar
with True Image's licensing agreement, but I would read the EULA to
make sure you are permitted to install one copy on two machines.

If this is not what you wanted to know, please repost with a clearer
description of what you are trying to do.

Thanks for your reply. The word should have been "upgrade"

Oh. Well, in that case if you still have the installer for the upgrade
(and presumably the older version is still installed on the Win98 box),
you could copy the installer over to the Win98 box either via a lan or
by burning it onto a cd-r. Then you could run the installer on the
Win98 box. This doesn't address the licensing question; you would have
to examine the EULA for the terms.
