copy outllook address book to new pc

Hello,
I have a pc with outlook 2000, running win2000pro. My new pc is XPpro,
outlook 2003. Can I export my address book and how do I do it. Can I do the
same with the email "folder list"

You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.
I would suggest you post to the appropriate Windows or Outlook
newsgroup.
 
This is the wrong newsgroup. You've probably arrived here by consulting help
in Outlook.

If you use personal folder in Outlook. You can simple copy the .pst file
from your old computer to your new one. Everything is in that file
(Contacts, Calendar, folders.. etc.)
