Copy of emails on the server

Hi all,
I noticed that my email quota had been reached and I was not getting
any emails (this is what my hosting company told me and I verified it
through their online control panel). I asked them why I go over quota
if I download my emails every day and they said it is probabaly due to
keeping a copy on the server and it is something set on my email
client. Can someone tell me where this thing ("keep a copy on the
server") is set in Outlook?

Outlook 2002 and 2003 - it is under Email Accounts.

Tools - Email Accounts - Next on View or Change Existing Accounts - Select
the Account - Change - More Settings - Advanced. It is under the Delivery
section.
