Copy Message Rules betweeen two Vista Computers

I just bought a laptop running Vista Premium. Is it possible to copy or
import to it the Windows Mail message rules I currently use on my desktop
also running Vista Premium?
 
Rules are stored in the Registry. If you are comfortable with working in
it, export this key to a file (rules.reg). Copy this file to the other
computer, and merge it into that registry.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Mail\Rules
