copy from one system to another..... problem

Trying to copy from on system to another (networked). Things seem ok,
files are transfering etc. Then I get the following error msg which is
not making sense.

Cannot copy (file name here): Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected and the file is not
currently in use.

None of the above is the problem. The disk is not full, the file is
currently NOT in use and the file has the same access as the other in
the diretory.

How big is the file? Are you trying to copy to a FAT32 drive? Is the
file encrypted? Are you the owner of the file?
