copy DVD to CDR disks?

I want to know if any software can copy DVD to CD-R disks?

The regular CD-R is 700MB. If the source CD is larger than 700MB, any
software will do the partition when copying it? I am using Roxio, but I
can't see this feature existed.

please help!
