Copy CD to MP3's?

Is it possible to copy CD tracks to MP3 files rather than
WMA's? The MP3 format does not appear in the 'Copy
settings' drop-down list in Tools->Options. Anyone have
any ideas? Many thanks in advance!

End the frustration of using Windows Media Player to rip music from CD. Use
this outstanding freeware ripper instead: http://www.cdex.n3.net/ You will
never look back.

I couldn't find decent freeware but purchased Cyberlink ripper which, when installed, appears as an option in copy music so you can then copy your CDs in mp3 format.

You need to download a windows plug in to do this they
usualy cost about $10 which is worth it for the amount of
disc space you can free
