I'm trying to burn a mp3 CD using Nero Express. I copied my music CD's to my
computer and their file extentions are *.wma.
My questions are:
- how I can convert it to *.mp3 ?
- would a *.wma file lose any sound quality after it's converted to mp3 ?

Personally I use AudioGrabber (its free) to grab the CD tracks and convert
them to mp3.

If you go the route CD to wma then to mp3 you'll lose some sound quality for
sure.

Goldwave (paying) can convert from wma to mp3, but as said, the quality
goes.

If its mp3 format, burn as a data cd. If you want to burn a music cd,
convert to .wav format.

There are a multitude of free converters, Google for them and you'll fins.
